Al Dente to bring Roman menu to London’s Angel

Al Dente, a growing group of Italian restaurants in London, is set to open a new site in Angel this month. The group will serve a menu celebrating Roman culinary art at the new restaurant, located at 4a Upper Street. To mark the occasion, the ‘Gricia’ pasta – an icon of Roman cuisine – will be available at the new location for a limited period of one month. With the new addition to its portfolio, Al Dente will total four eateries in the capital, plus a ghost kitchen, offering fresh pasta made daily.
